National last-mile delivery · Analytics for operators
Our depots. Our vans. Our drivers.
Wormhole runs the last mile itself in six Australian cities — over ten million parcels in the last twelve months, with no broker network in between. Other delivery businesses run their own operations on our analytics.

What does one delivery actually cost?
Four weekly numbers get you an estimate straight away. The full analysis breaks it down.
Your estimate appears here once the four required numbers are in.
An estimate from your own figures, not a quote.
Every van on the road is ours, and so is every driver in it.
Most last-mile networks are a contract passed down three layers of subcontractors. Ours stops at us: Wormhole employs the drivers, runs the depots and owns the vans in every city we operate in.
That is the only reason the standard in Perth can be the same as the one in Sydney — same induction, same pre-trip checks, same nightly report.

Six depots, 3,000 km apart, one standard.
Every point on the map is a Wormhole depot with Wormhole drivers. Outside these areas we quote per postcode rather than turn the work away.

Depot pick-up from any of our six depots
Parcels can be held at the nearest Wormhole depot for the recipient or your own team to collect, instead of going out on the van. Ask for it when you request a quote.
One fleet, one data stack, two kinds of client
Upstream businesses give us their last mile, in one city or all six. Other delivery operators give us their data — and, when they want it, the operation behind it.

Our own drivers in six cities
Not a broker network. Wormhole employs the drivers, runs the depots and owns the vans in every city we operate in, which is why the service standard is the same in Perth as it is in Sydney.
How delivery works
Analytics other operators run on
We start by finding out where your data already lives, then build a BI platform around it — one that names the driver, the route and the hour behind every defect.
How we build it
The back office behind it
Coaching, hiring, fleet, payroll, dispatch — one workstream or all six, including standing up a new delivery business from zero. You keep the contract, the brand and the margin.
See the workstreamsA route is won or lost before the van leaves the building.
By the time a driver is on the road, the roster is set, the van is either serviced or it isn’t, and the driver has either been coached this week or hasn’t. These are the six teams that decide it — take one, or hand over all six.
- Coaching
01
Driver coaching that follows the data
The dashboard says who and why. We run the ride-alongs, the one-on-ones and the follow-up until the number actually moves.
- People
02
Recruitment, induction, road training
Sourcing through to licence and police checks, then three days on road with a trainer before anyone carries a route alone.
- Fleet
03
Leasing, servicing, damage recovery
Pre-trip inspection held as a real standard, scheduled servicing off-shift, and a spare-van buffer so a breakdown never costs a route.
- Compliance
04
Award, super, WorkSafe, records
Payroll built on the right award interpretation, superannuation on time, and record-keeping that survives an audit without a weekend of panic.
- Dispatch
05
Rostering and live rescue
Rosters written against your wave times, a dispatcher watching the board all day, and rescue drivers on standby from November to January.
- Launch
06
A new delivery business from zero
Entity, insurance, fleet, first hires and the first twenty routes — with us in the depot alongside you until week one closes clean.

Two ways to start
Send your volumes and postcodes
Weekly volumes, the cities and postcodes you need covered, and when you want to start. We come back with how much we can run, out of which depots, and the rate.

The first call is an audit, not a pitch: which systems hold your route exports, scorecards, rosters, telematics and maintenance logs, and what state they are in. From that we scope a BI platform built around your data — not a template you have to bend to fit.
