Now hiring in six cities
Drive with us.
We are hiring delivery drivers in all six cities we operate in. You drive your own vehicle and we pay a fuel allowance, rosters are published a week ahead, and you get three days of paid road training before you carry a route on your own.
Paid training · rosters a week ahead

The job, honestly
You load your vehicle at your depot in the morning, run a route of roughly 120 to 160 stops across a defined area, and check back in at the depot at the end of the shift. Most routes are eight to ten hours. It is physical work, it is outdoors in whatever the weather is doing, and the first fortnight is genuinely tiring. Drivers who stay past a month usually stay for years.
What you get
Above-award hourly rate
Paid per hour, not per parcel, with overtime and penalty rates paid as the Road Transport and Distribution Award requires.
A fuel allowance
You drive your own vehicle on the route and we pay a fuel allowance on top of your hourly rate. Your uniform and scanner are supplied.
Rosters a week ahead
Published every Wednesday for the following week, so you can plan around them. Swaps are arranged through your depot lead, not an app.
Three days of paid training
On road with a trainer before you run a route alone, and a buddy for your first solo fortnight.
Superannuation and leave
Permanent part-time and full-time positions with leave entitlements, not an ABN contracting arrangement.
Somewhere to go next
Trainer, dispatcher and depot lead roles are filled from the driver roster first. Several of our depot leads started on a route.

What you need
- A full Australian driver licence, held for at least twelve months, with no more than six demerit points.
- Your own registered, reliable vehicle with room for a day’s parcels.
- The right to work in Australia — permanent residency, citizenship, or a visa with full work rights.
- A national police check, or willingness to obtain one. We cover the cost.
- Reasonable physical fitness. Parcels are up to 23 kg and the day involves a lot of getting in and out of a vehicle.
- Enough English to handle a customer conversation and read a dispatch instruction.
You do not need previous delivery experience. Roughly half the people we hire have never driven a route before.
How applying works
Email us
Your name, which city you are in, your licence class and whether you have a police check. A résumé is welcome but not required.
Phone call
Fifteen minutes within two business days, covering availability, the realities of the job and your questions.
Depot visit
Come in, meet the depot lead and watch a wave go out. We would rather you find out now if it is not for you.
Checks and start
Licence and police check, induction, then three days of paid road training. Most people start within two weeks of the first email.
Questions drivers ask
Is this ABN or employment?
Employment, in every city. Permanent part-time or full-time, with superannuation, leave and workers compensation. We do not engage drivers on ABNs.
Which cities are you hiring in?
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Hobart and Launceston in Tasmania. Tell us which is closest and we will point you at the right depot.
What are the shift times?
Most waves dispatch between 9am and 11am local time and run eight to ten hours. Some depots run an early wave from 7am. Weekend work is voluntary outside peak season.
Do I need my own vehicle?
Yes. You drive your own vehicle and we pay a fuel allowance for the kilometres you do on the job. We supply the uniform and scanner.
I have a few demerit points — is that a problem?
Up to six is fine. Above that we cannot put you on a route, and we would rather tell you on the phone than after a police check.
